Practice Summary

Czar Majan is an attorney in the Ontario office of Cole Huber LLP. She serves as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Hemet. Czar handles litigation involving alleged dangerous conditions and use of excessive force, and she advises various government entities on a broad range of records-related matters, including the Public Records Act, subpoenas, Pitchess, and new laws pertaining to the disclosure of police records.

Czar joined Cole Huber with a decade of public agency experience. She previously handled human resources, risk management, benefits, and workers’ compensation as an in-house employee for the City of Ontario. Prior to that, she handled police records and assisted Public Works, Engineering, and the City Manager’s Office for the City of West Covina.
