Taylor specializes in Personal Injury law. He has experience with claims involving common personal injury issues such as motor vehicle accident, dog bites and premises liability as well as more specialized claims including false arrest, chemical burns and exposure to harmful bacteria. Taylor is active in all areas of personal injury claims and pre-trial litigation. This includes claim initiation, damages assessment, initial pleadings, medical and employment record review, legal research, written discovery, depositions and settlement negotiations.
Education and Admissions
Taylor received his B.A. in History from University of California, Riverside. From there, he went on to study at Howard University, School of Law in Washington, D.C. At Howard, he received a CALI Award for Labor Law, interned at the EEOC’s Coordination and Guidance Unit.
